Open the calculators from the ⋯ menu on the grid, the map, or an airport.

Flight Calculator

Temperature — convert between °C and °F (−65 °C to 55 °C).
Speed — convert knots to MPH or KPH.
Time · Speed · Distance — enter any two of ground speed (kts), time (min), and distance (NM) to get the third.
Descent Profile — pick a descent angle (2.75°, 3.00°, or 3.50°), enter ground speed and initial and final altitudes to get the distance, vertical speed (fpm), and time.

Hour Calculator

A calculator for hours and minutes, shown as “Time Calculator”.

Type digits for hours and minutes (for example 130 = 1h 30m) and use + − × ÷.
Type a decimal to enter decimal hours (for example 5.25 = 5h 15m).
→H.T converts the result to decimal hours.
$Rate multiplies the result by an hourly rate.
24h enters clock times.
AC clears everything, CE clears the entry, and ⌫ deletes a digit. The share button shares the tape.

Crosswind Calculator

Set the runway heading, wind direction, and wind speed to see the headwind (green) or tailwind (red) component and the crosswind (blue) component. Tap ⓘ in the calculator for Runway Winds Help.

From the ⋯ menu: enter the runway heading and the wind using the same reference, for example the ATIS wind (magnetic) with the runway's magnetic heading.
From a runway card on the Runways tab: the calculator opens with that runway and the current wind filled in, shown as magnetic values to match ATIS and the runway number. The drawing shows the real runway designator (for example 16L) until you move the runway heading dial; then it shows a number worked out from the heading. The wind direction differs from the METAR by the local magnetic variation, but the components are the same.
When gusts are reported, the prefilled wind speed is the gust speed.

Side slider

On the airport grid, swipe right from the left edge (or tap the small handle) to open a quick conversion slider: temperature (°F / °C) or speed (kts / mph). Choose which one, or turn it off, in Settings.
